Your purchase, clearly explained
Terms of Service
September 9, 2026 · Illustrated collection
These policies describe the Anro website and purchases from the illustrated collection.
Overview
Anro is operated by Zens Solutions and Systems. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean that operator. These terms cover the Anro website, free practices and digital books. Anro is a digital teacher; illustrations and created scenes are not evidence of a real teacher's credentials or customer experiences.
Product pages marked “coming soon” are previews and cannot be purchased. The purchase provisions below apply to available ebooks. Read these terms with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Section 1 — Access and account
You may browse and use the free practice without creating an Anro account. To purchase, you must have legal capacity to enter the transaction and authority to use the payment method. Provide an accurate purchase email and any information requested at checkout. Keep private purchase links secure. Do not send card details or completed journal pages to support.
Section 2 — Our products
The product page identifies the edition, format, contents and price of each available book. Digital books are written PDFs, not live coaching, apps or online journals. You need internet access to download them and a device with a PDF reader. You may save a personal copy and print pages. Unless the listing expressly includes them, audio, physical copies and future books are not included. Every purchase includes an invitation to our free Facebook Practice Circle, which is also open to non-buyers. A Facebook account and membership request are required; purchasing does not automatically enroll you or create a recurring fee.
Our books offer educational reflection and original practices. They do not promise particular financial, health, relationship or supernatural outcomes. Historical sources and modern interpretations are distinguished in the books. We may update future listings, but changes do not reduce what an existing confirmed order includes. Screens and printers can display colors differently; this does not remove your rights if a product is defective or materially misdescribed.
Section 3 — Orders
Review the title, edition, total price and email before confirming payment. A product marked coming soon cannot be purchased from this site. The checkout confirmation identifies the transaction and seller. If a payment is taken but we cannot supply the purchased product, we will arrange a refund. Contact us promptly about mistakes or duplicate purchases. Cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy.
Section 4 — Prices and billing
Current one-time ebook prices appear on the product pages and in your cart. The Practice Collection includes its four listed ebooks and printable companions. Products marked coming soon are not available to purchase. No subscription or automatic renewal is included in the ebook offer. The checkout shows the amount and currency payable, including applicable tax, before you pay. No shipping charge applies to a downloaded ebook. Future price changes do not change a completed purchase.
Section 5 — Shipping and delivery
Digital delivery takes place after successful payment verification. Your private purchase page provides the download, and the delivery system sends an access email to the purchase address. Save your downloaded files. If access fails or the email does not arrive, contact zenoutlabs@gmail.com; do not buy again to resolve a delivery problem. Hosting is not promised forever, and lifetime updates are not included.
Physical products are not currently for sale. Before any launch, their listings will state production and delivery estimates, shipping charges, destinations and applicable return arrangements. Buying an ebook does not order a physical product.
Section 6 — Intellectual property
You may download, read and print a purchased book for personal use and adapt its exercises in your private practice. Your completed responses remain yours. Do not redistribute full paid files, resell them, place them in a shared library or sell a repackaged edition. Group distribution and commercial licensing require separate permission. This permission also allows you to keep and use our clearly identified free downloads.
Our original writing, illustrations and design are distinct from the historical texts discussed in the books. We do not claim exclusive ownership of public-domain works. Rights and exceptions granted by applicable law remain available.
Section 7 — Optional tools
A PDF reader, printer or other tool you choose may have its own terms and privacy practices. You are not required to buy a separate paid tool from us to read the books. Any future optional paid service will require its own clear offer and acceptance.
Section 8 — Third-party links
We link to historical sources, provider information and social media. Those sites operate independently and can change their content and practices. Review their terms when using them. A source link is not a promise that its operator endorses Anro. Contact us if a link in a purchased book stops working.
Section 9 — Relationship with our providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Our digital checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, with purchases sold through Link. For transactions using that arrangement, the checkout and receipt identify Link as merchant of record and provide its transaction terms. Link handles transaction support; we handle book content and file access. You may contact us about a refund, and Link may also resolve transaction issues under its terms.
Digital ebook checkout is available. Physical-product checkout is not currently active.
Section 10 — Privacy policy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used for the site, orders, delivery and support. Payment providers have their own notices for information they process. Merely reading these terms is not consent to advertising or to unrelated use of your personal information.
Section 11 — Feedback
You may send suggestions or report errors. We may use suggestions to improve the books and service, but sending a private message does not give us permission to publish your name, journal, message or testimonial in advertising. We will ask separately before doing that. Send only material you are entitled to share, and tell us about any incentive associated with a review.
Section 12 — Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
We correct mistakes in listings and materials when identified. If an error affects a paid order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund when required. We will not silently substitute a different paid product or use a later correction to remove an existing right.
Section 13 — Prohibited uses
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful redistribution, malware, unauthorized collection of another person's information or attempts to bypass payment verification. Do not share another customer's access link or interfere with the site's operation. Ordinary browsing, accessibility tools and lawful personal use remain permitted.
Section 14 — Agents and automated tools
If you authorize an automated tool to act for you, keep its access within your own permissions. Do not use it to evade access controls, impersonate another customer or distribute paid files. Automation does not grant additional rights to the content. We may limit requests that threaten availability or security.
Section 15 — Termination
We may restrict online access for material misuse, suspected unauthorized access, a refund or an unresolved payment dispute. Where practical, we will explain how to contact support to resolve the issue. This does not erase mandatory rights or cancel a paid personal-use license merely because we later close the website. A refunded book is subject to the license-ending terms in our Refund Policy.
Section 16 — Warranties and the purpose of the books
The books provide general educational content, not individualized medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Practices are invitations you can adapt or decline. We cannot promise uninterrupted website availability or particular personal results. These limits do not exclude a promise expressly made in the product description or your rights to receive a usable product that matches its description.
Section 17 — Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibilities for fraud, negligence causing personal injury or mandatory consumer remedies. Nothing here makes you responsible for our own misconduct or a provider's misconduct.
Section 18 — Claims involving others
If a third-party complaint concerns material you supplied or misuse of an access link, we may ask for relevant information to resolve it. We do not impose an automatic duty on consumers to pay all of our legal expenses or defend claims arising from ordinary use of the books.
Section 19 — Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as the agreement can fairly operate without it. Mandatory law takes priority.
Section 20 — Waiver and the agreement
Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not permanently give it up. These terms, the product description and the policies shown at purchase describe our agreement about the product. They do not override mandatory rights or a specific promise made about your order.
Section 21 — Assignment
Your purchase is for personal use as described above. If the operation of Anro transfers to another business, the transfer must preserve existing purchase rights and handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. We will provide notice where required.
Section 22 — Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law determines which laws and courts govern a dispute. These terms do not require you to surrender mandatory protections or use a court that applicable consumer law does not require. You may contact us first to seek a practical resolution; doing so is not a condition for exercising a legal right.
Section 23 — Headings
Headings help readers find information. They do not narrow the meaning of the text beneath them.
Section 24 — Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms for future use of the service and show the effective date when a revision is published. Material changes will receive any notice required by law. A later revision does not retroactively reduce the contents, refund promise or other rights attached to a completed purchase.
Section 25 — Contact information
For Anro content, access, order or policy questions, contact Zens Solutions and Systems at zenoutlabs@gmail.com. Include your purchase email and order reference if relevant. Please keep private journal content and payment-card details out of your message.
