01

Put one idea to work.

Bring a practice into a message, a shared room or the next task on your desk. Tell us what you noticed, including the part that did not fit.

02

Read in company.

Ask a question about an Anro book. Consider a passage alongside other readers, with room for different interpretations.

03

Keep room for each other.

Participation is optional. Ask before offering advice, keep personal stories within the group and speak from your own experience.

A few things before joining.

Is the circle included with my books?

Yes. It is also open to people who have not bought a book. Your ebook purchase does not create a recurring community charge.

Who can see what I share?

The group is private and visible: people can find it, while Facebook limits posts and the member list to members. Other members can still copy what they see, so share only what you are comfortable sharing. Facebook’s own terms and privacy settings apply.

Do I need to attend live calls?

No. Discussions are asynchronous, so you can return when it suits you. Live calls, individual coaching and a weekly video course are not part of the current community offer.

What kind of guidance belongs here?

Practical reflection, reading and respectful discussion. The circle does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Please keep health decisions with qualified professionals and avoid promises of healing or spiritual attainment.
