Refund Policy

Our 30-day ebook promise

Take time to read. If an Anro ebook is not right for you, email zenoutlabs@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund of that ebook purchase. Include your purchase email and order reference if available. You do not need to explain personal circumstances, send your journal or prove that you practiced. Downloading or reading the book does not disqualify you from this promise.

This refund promise applies to ebook purchases from Anro.

Requesting a refund

Write to Zens Solutions and Systems at the email above. A clear request sent within the 30-day period is sufficient; you do not need our reply before that period ends. We verify the order and arrange the refund through the payment provider. A support message does not itself trigger an automatic payment reversal.

Refunds go to the original payment method and include applicable tax refunded with the purchase. We do not deduct an ebook restocking fee or require store credit instead. We will confirm when the refund has been submitted. Your payment provider determines when it appears in your account; contact us if it has not appeared within 10 business days after our confirmation. Any shorter deadline required by law still applies.

Problems with a file

If a file is missing, unusable or materially different from its description, contact us even after 30 days. We will help restore access, replace a defective file or provide the remedy required for your circumstances. The 30-day satisfaction promise does not limit your rights concerning a faulty or undelivered product.

Exchanges and bundles

There is no need to exchange an ebook to request a refund. For a bundle sold as one purchase, our satisfaction promise covers a refund of the whole bundle. If only one file is defective, contact us so we can correct it or consider the applicable remedy. We do not assign an undisclosed standalone price to each bundle item after purchase.

After a refund

Permission to use the refunded paid book or bundle ends. Please remove the refunded paid files and do not distribute them. We cannot remotely remove files from your device. Your own writing and your access to the free practice are unaffected. Online download access may be suspended following a refund or while a payment dispute is unresolved.

Purchases sold through Link

For an order whose checkout identifies it as sold through Link, you may also contact Link transaction support. Link's applicable terms and mandatory rights remain available in addition to our 30-day promise. Our policy does not restrict the payment provider's authority to resolve a transaction.

European Union withdrawal rights

Where EU withdrawal rights apply, you generally have 14 days after entering a digital-content contract to withdraw without giving a reason. We do not treat downloading alone as a waiver. Our 30-day ebook promise continues to apply even if immediate supply was requested. To notify us, email your name, order reference or purchase details, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. No special wording is required. Any legally required additional withdrawal method and confirmation will be provided for eligible orders.

Physical products

Physical products are not currently sold by Anro. This ebook promise does not advertise an available print-on-demand return service. Before physical products go on sale, we will publish their delivery, damage, cancellation and change-of-mind arrangements. Do not mail an item to a website contact address or a printing supplier without confirmed return instructions.
