Your purchase, clearly explained
Privacy Policy
September 9, 2026 · Illustrated collection
These policies describe the Anro website and purchases from the illustrated collection.
About this policy
Zens Solutions and Systems operates Anro. This policy explains the personal information used when you visit the website, obtain a book, request access or contact us. It takes priority over general website terms when describing our handling of personal information.
You can browse samples and use the free practice without entering your email or making a payment.
Personal information we collect or process
Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be connected to you. Depending on your interaction with us, it includes:
- Contact and support information: your email, a name if you provide it, order references and what you choose to send us.
- Purchase and delivery information: the purchased item, order identifiers, payment status, private access link, delivery message and delivery status. Payment providers collect payment and billing information directly. Our file-delivery system does not store your full card number or security code.
- Technical and security information: request times, device or browser information and network addresses processed by hosting services. Our recovery controls use counters and protected representations of email and network addresses to limit abuse. Those records are not anonymous merely because a value is protected.
There is no Anro customer password, wishlist or public review account in the current storefront. We do not ask you to upload affirmations, intentions or completed workbook pages. Keep your journal on your own device or in your notebook. Information you choose to include in a support message will reach our inbox.
Personal information sources
We receive information directly from you when you contact us or request recovery, from payment and delivery providers when an order is processed, and from technical requests made to the site. We do not buy audience profiles or obtain your private social-media messages merely because you follow a link to Instagram.
How we use personal information
We use relevant information to provide purchased files, verify payment, send order messages, restore access, answer questions and process refunds or disputes. We use security records to limit abusive requests and protect private links. We also retain information where needed to meet applicable obligations or establish and resolve a claim.
Where a legal basis is required, order processing is based on performing the purchase arrangement; security and ordinary support rely on legitimate operational interests where appropriate; legally required records rely on the relevant obligation. If a future feature relies on consent, we will request it separately and explain how to withdraw it.
Purchasing does not subscribe you to promotional emails. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to allowlisted public pages. It may process a cookie identifier, browser/device information, coarse location, public page titles and a referring website origin. We remove URL queries and fragments and exclude checkout, recovery, search and private purchase/download pages from our analytics events. Enhanced measurement, advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. Use Privacy choices in the footer to withdraw consent. Denying analytics does not affect shopping or delivery. Hosting and payment services may still process operational logs or use technical cookies.
Your cart and browser storage
Your selected product identifiers are stored locally in your browser under an Anro cart setting. This remembers your selection between visits and contains no payment-card information. You can remove items in the cart or clear this site's browser storage. We do not use this cart setting for advertising.
How we disclose personal information
We share information needed for hosting, payment verification, order delivery and support with the providers described below. Information may also be disclosed when you request it, when needed to address fraud or a legal claim, or in response to a valid legal requirement. We do not treat this as permission to publish your journal or private support messages.
If the business transfers, any transfer of relevant customer records must respect applicable law and this policy. We will provide any required notice. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Relationship with our service providers
The storefront uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Stripe and Link provide digital payment processing. Resend is configured for purchase and recovery emails. Google provides the Gmail support inbox and consent-based Google Analytics. Each receives information appropriate to its role, including recipient details and message content where it delivers or stores email.
These providers may also process information for their own security, transaction or legal responsibilities under their notices: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend and Google. A provider account, including a Link account, is separate from Anro. Contact the provider for rights relating to records it controls independently.
No physical-product fulfillment provider receives shipping data through the current Anro storefront. If physical products are introduced, this policy will identify the relevant fulfillment data and providers before that collection begins.
Third-party websites and links
Our pages and books link to sources and independent services. When you follow a link, that service's privacy practices apply to your activity there. Posting on public social media can make what you write visible to others. Linking to a platform does not give us access to your private account content.
Children's data
The store is intended for adults making their own purchases. We do not knowingly collect children's information for accounts or marketing. If a child has sent us personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us to request review and deletion where appropriate.
Free ebook and optional updates
When you request A Little Room, we use your email to send a confirmation link and record your request, confirmation time and consent wording version. Promotional updates are optional and unchecked by default. Confirming the email verifies that you control the address. If you choose updates, they may include practices, app news and offers for Anro books or bundles. A purchase alone never subscribes you.
Our database stores your email, a protected lookup identifier, subscription status and confirmation/withdrawal timestamps. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Unconfirmed requests become eligible for cleanup seven days after expiry; cleanup runs when the signup service processes a request, so deletion may not happen immediately. Confirmed records remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to necessary suppression records and legal obligations. Resend processes the email delivery.
Every promotional email must include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask zenoutlabs@gmail.com to stop updates or delete your record. Unsubscribing does not cancel purchases or transactional order messages. Signup abuse limits use protected email/IP identifiers and aggregate counters. We do not send your email or confirmation links to analytics.
Security and retention
We limit purchase access through payment verification and use controls intended to protect delivery and recovery. No online system can guarantee perfect security. Keep your access link private, and do not email payment-card details or sensitive journal material.
We retain order and delivery records while needed for access, support, refunds, disputes and applicable obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for these records at present. Anti-abuse counters expire and are cleared during recovery processing; expiry is not an assurance of immediate removal from all systems or backups. Providers maintain their own records according to their policies and obligations.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact zenoutlabs@gmail.com. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity or an agent's authority. We will explain applicable limits and respond within the period required by law, without penalizing you for exercising a right.
Deleting delivery records may affect recovery of a lost link. Some information may need to remain for a legal obligation or unresolved claim. You may also contact a provider about information it controls. We do not promise that deleting an Anro record deletes all provider records.
No Anro marketing subscription is created by a purchase. Order and support messages concern the transaction. Because we do not currently sell information or use cross-context advertising, there is no advertising opt-out account to configure. We make no claim that this storefront implements an automatic Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track response; any future advertising implementation must be described before use.
Complaints
Contact us if you believe information has been handled incorrectly. Where applicable, you may appeal our response or complain to the relevant privacy authority, including the authority where you live or work. Contacting us does not remove that right.
International transfers
The site and its providers may process information outside your country. The safeguards and legal arrangements depend on the provider and the transaction. We will use required safeguards for transfers for which we are responsible and can provide relevant information on request. We do not claim every provider, destination or transfer is covered by a particular certification or agreement without verifying it.
Changes to this policy
We will publish revisions when our actual practices change and identify their effective date. Material changes will receive any notice required by law. A new policy does not authorize unrelated retroactive use of information.
Contact
Contact Zens Solutions and Systems, operator of Anro, at zenoutlabs@gmail.com for privacy questions and rights requests. We are responsible for the Anro records described in this policy; independent providers remain responsible for records they control.
